Arrival at Luang Prabang International Airport.
Transfer to the hotel.

After breakfast transfer to National museum (formal Royal palace) and a visit to Wat Visoun and Thad Makmo stupa. Afterwards continue to visit Wat Xieng Thong which emphasizes the uniqueness of Luang Prabang. You also see the Impressive "Tree of life” mosaic. Afterwards you drive to Kuang Si Fall and surrounding villages. Swim at the natural swimming pools and return back to town.

After breakfast your guide will pick you up for transfer to the boat up the Mekong to visit Pak Ou Cave (Buddha Cave) filled with hundreds of Buddha images, which were deposited here over centuries. After exploring the cave, enjoy a Lao style lunch at a nearby restaurant. Then continue to the village of Ban Xang Hai. For centuries this village has been making the jars used as fermenting containers for Lao wine. Nowadays, it specializes in producing a wide range of lau lao (Lao whisky) and Red lau hai (Lao wine). Return to the town and climb Phou Si mount  for a beautiful panoramic view by sunset. Visit the night market.

After breakfast drive to Nam Ou Dam and transit to the boat to visit some of the Lao local tribal villages. At noon arrival in Nongkhiaw.  In the afternoon, you climb up the Phadeng Mountain for sunset.

A boat trip to Muang Ngoi and a short walk to the villages. Continue by boat to visit Sobchem village and return by late afternoon time.

From Nongkhiaw drive to Northeast Laos to discover more remote areas and more different ethnic groups. Visit hot spring water and overnight at Dokkhounthong GH.

From Muang Hium drive to Sam Neua. On the way you visit the Ancient Stand stone site and you have lunch at Sleuay Waterfall. 

The Viengxay caves in Houaphanh Province of North-eastern Laos are an extensive network of caves in limestone mountains. Four-hundred eighty of these caves were used by the Pathet Lao during the Second Indochina War to shelter from American bombardment. We explore the caves and return to the town.

Leave from Sam Neua and drive to Southeast Laos. On the way visit the cave that the Lao people used as bomb shelter during the Vietnam war. Arrival at Phonesavan, transfer to hotel and overnight.

Breakfast in the hotel and explore the Plain of Jars. Mysterious giant stone jars of unknown ancient origin are scattered over hundreds of hilly square kilometres around Phonsavan. Return to the town and overnight.

Today you travel from Phonesavan to Vang Vieng. On the way you can visit some of the tribal villages and stop at the best view points. The winding road is surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. Overnight in Vang Vieng.

Vang Vieng is a paradise for nature and adventure lovers to explore caves, waterfalls and lagoons. Hot spot is the Blue Lagoon where you can go swimming.

In the morning you drive to Vientiane, the capital city of Laos. On the way you visit the local fish market, Nam Ngum Lake, and Ban Keun salt factory. Overnight in Vientiane.

Visit the temple Wat Si Saket, Victory gate and the national symbol of Vientiane, the That Luang stupa.

Transfer to the airport.
